A comprehensive one-on-one assessment to understand your body, movement patterns, goals, and any injuries or considerations. This session establishes a strong foundation and allows us to tailor recommendations specifically for you.One Private Class

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private and Semi-Private sessions offer a personalized Pilates experience focused on your body, your goals, and sustainable progress over time.
Private Sessions are one-on-one Pilates sessions designed entirely around you. These sessions allow for highly individualized programming, hands-on cueing, and focused attention — whether you’re new to Pilates, managing an injury, returning to movement after time away, or refining your practice.
Semi-Private Sessions provide a shared training experience for two clients booked together. While the session is shared, instruction remains intentional and responsive, allowing each participant to work at an appropriate level within the same session. Semi-Private sessions blend personalized guidance with the motivation and connection of training alongside a partner.
Across both formats, sessions emphasize alignment, breath, core stability, and functional strength, following Maven’s philosophy of training for longevity rather than intensity alone.
Private and Semi-Private sessions are well suited for clients who:
Want individualized guidance and thoughtful progression
Are managing pain, injury, or mobility limitations
Prefer a quieter, more focused training environment
Are working toward specific movement, strength, or rehabilitation goals
CONSULTATION REQUIREMENTS
For clients who are new to Maven Fitness, or new to Pilates, a Private Consultation may be required before attending certain Semi-Private sessions or Group Classes. This allows us to understand your movement history, needs, and goals, and to ensure you are placed in the most supportive session format.
Your instructor will guide you through appropriate progression and let you know when you’re ready to explore additional session options, if desired.

CLASS BOOKINGS
Group Classes offer a structured, thoughtfully paced Pilates experience in a small group setting.
Classes focus on alignment, breath, core stability, and functional strength — following Maven’s philosophy of training for longevity rather than intensity alone. Each class is designed to support real bodies, encourage sustainable progress, and build strength that carries into everyday life.
Group classes are well suited for clients who:

Want consistent, guided practice
Are comfortable working within a shared class format
New Client Guidance
For clients who are new to Maven Fitness — or new to Pilates — a Private Consultation may be required before attending certain classes. This allows us to understand your movement history and ensure you’re placed in a class that best supports your body and goals.

FAQs
Do I need prior Pilates experience?
No. Pilates is for all bodies and experience levels. Some clients are brand new to movement, while others have years of experience. If you’re new to Pilates or returning after time away, a Private Consultation may be recommended to ensure the best starting point for your body.
What if I’m dealing with an injury or chronic pain?
Pilates can be a supportive and effective way to build strength and stability when working with injuries or ongoing discomfort. Please let us know about any injuries or limitations when booking. In some cases, Private Sessions may be recommended before joining group classes.
How do I know which session or class is right for me?
If you’re unsure where to start, we recommend booking a Private Consultation. Your instructor will help guide you toward the session format and class level that best supports your goals and movement history.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, especially for your first visit. Late arrivals may not be able to join once a session has begun, to ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience for all clients.

What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled within the required notice period outlined at booking. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged in full. This policy allows us to respect instructor time and maintain a consistent schedule for all clients.

Yes. Packages have an expiration period, which will be clearly noted at the time of purchase. Expirations help support consistency and progress in your practice.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely and allows your instructor to see your alignment. Grip socks are recommended for equipment-based sessions.
